Orders: Your payment secures your order. If we do not receive a proof of payment within two hours of the order being placed, it will be canceled and made available for someone else to purchase.
Returns/Exchanges: Please note that all returns will be converted to store credit and that the customer will be responsible for the transport of the item(s) back to the company. Returns will only be accepted within 10 business days after it has been delivered to the customer and if the item is unworn and in its original condition. To request a return please contact us via email at kaylischoltz@gmail.com and we will provide confirmation within 1-2 business days. Remember that if we do not receive proof (for example waybill information) that the item is on its way back to the company within 10 business days it will not be accepted for store credit or an exchange. Once you return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
Regrettably, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on any custom manufactured garments. This policy is applicable to all orders that required a different fabric than what the item was originally launched in and all orders that required a change of length.
Shipping: Kayli Exclusive make use of either Aramex Store to Door or Courier Guy to ship all of our parcels. Once your parcel has been delivered to them it is out of our control and they will be responsible for the delivery to your door. Kayli Exclusive is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date once we handed your parcel over to Aramex. If there is a delay in delivery there will not be a refund, nor will we be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.
Track & trace of parcels: It will not be the responsibility of Kayli Exclusive to track and trace your parcel. Once you have received your waybill information you can use that to track your parcel online or to contact Aramex South Africa at 010 100 3623. The reason why we do not call on behalf of the customer is because we usually do not have the answers to the questions regarding delivery that they might have.
